    The holidays offer opportunities to review reasons for happiness in your life during the past year. This is also a time to plan what kinds of new pursuits would enrich your life in 2007. Although a sense of happiness begins when you love yourself as you are from inside, it’s never too late to redefine your level of commitment to people and goals which are important to you. Your level of contentment relates as much to your involvement in the lives of others as it does to the steps you take to develop your skills and value yourself.
