		<description>Hi Michele, Thank you for the wonderful post. So many people (including me!) battle against feelings of heaviness and fear. And the points you mention are great ways to counteract those negative feelings. I found another wonderful way is to practice some type of inward practice like meditation or contemplation. As a matter of fact someone recommended I read a book called &quot;Wake Up! Your Life is Calling,&quot; by Andy Feld. After I read it, I thanked that person, because the author really addressed the points you make and more (the whole meditation aspect) in such a personal and comprehensive way.
