Though it may be hard to see your work as steps thowards achieving goals if you are, say a data entry clerk, who does extreemly repetitive, boring work, or an assembly line labourer. How about seeing work than as a simple must do but, finding somethig else to ocupy your mind with while working, ie. listening to music..</description>
