I often find myself focused on what made me angry instead of seeing what I could have done to learn and be better from each experience. I find that if I play the role of the victim I get instant gratification, that doesnt last because someone feels sorry for me. Misery loves company. But the real deal is, that if I invested more time in thinking possitive and used that energy to do something great for someone else my gratification would be long lasting instead of short lived and I will have a done something worth being happy for.
